Scheduling an Appointment
Appointments are scheduled through SimplyBook.me, our third-party booking platform. By completing a booking through our website you agree to the terms of this Booking Policy in addition to SimplyBook.me's own terms of service.
All appointments are offered subject to availability. Completing a booking request does not guarantee an appointment slot until you receive a written confirmation from SimplyBook.me or from us directly via email.
If you are booking from a different timezone it is your responsibility to convert appointment times accordingly. The SimplyBook.me widget includes a "Change my timezone" option to assist with this.
Free Tech Clarity Audit
The Tech Clarity Audit is offered at no charge and carries no obligation to purchase any paid service. Booking the free audit does not create a business relationship, advisory engagement, or any contractual obligation beyond the delivery of the audit report. We reserve the right to limit the number of free audits available to any single individual or business entity.
Paid Advisory Engagements
Paid advisory tiers (Foundations, Growth, Operations) are offered on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contract is required. The specific terms of any paid engagement, including the scope of services, fees, payment schedule, and deliverables, will be confirmed in a written service agreement provided before the engagement begins. The service agreement governs in the event of any conflict with this Policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You may cancel or reschedule through the SimplyBook.me confirmation link provided in your booking confirmation email, or by contacting us directly
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show"), may result in:
- For free audits forfeiture of that appointment slot. You may rebook, subject to availability
- For paid engagements the session may be considered delivered and counted toward your monthly engagement at our discretion. We will communicate this to you before applying any such determination
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will provide as much advance notice as possible and will offer alternative appointment times at your convenience.
Refunds
Because our advisory engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in good faith.
- Free audit: No payment is taken, so no refund applies
- Paid advisory tiers: If you are dissatisfied with a session that has already been delivered, please contact us within 5 business days of that session. We will review your concern and may offer a credit toward a future session at our discretion
- Prepaid months: If you have prepaid for a period of service and wish to cancel before that period ends, we will refund a prorated amount for any full unused weeks remaining in the prepaid period
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our email address. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days of receipt.
