Do you need access to our systems or passwords?
Never. This is one of the most common concerns small business owners have and we designed our entire model around it. All work is advisory. You describe your setup, show us what you’re comfortable showing us, and we work from there. We will never ask for admin credentials, account logins, or direct system access.
What does the free audit actually cover?
In 30 minutes or less, we walk through your current tools and subscriptions, how your team uses them, your approximate software spend, and any friction points you’ve noticed. We then compile a plain-English written report with your top 3–5 prioritized recommendations. No sales pitch at the end just honest findings and clear next steps.
How long does the report take after the audit call?
Your written report is delivered within 48 hours of the audit session. It covers what we found, what to prioritize, and what to do first. Jargon free.

Advisory Plans
What’s the difference between this and regular IT support?
Traditional IT support fixes things when they break. A reactive model, priced per incident. We’re a strategic advisory service. We help you understand your entire digital operation, make smarter tool decisions, and build systems that don’t require constant firefighting. Think fractional IT director, not helpdesk.
Are there long-term contracts?
Advisory tiers are month-to-month. We earn your business every month by being genuinely useful. No lock-in period, no penalty for pausing, no complicated offboarding.
Can I transition between service tiers?
Yes. Transitions happen at the start of the next billing cycle so there’s no disruption mid-month. Just let us know and we’ll update your engagement accordingly.
What size of business do you work with?
Designed for small businesses of roughly 5–25 people that can’t justify a full-time IT director but need more than ad-hoc tech advice. If your tools feel messy, you’re overspending on software, or you’re about to hire and need systems to scale we’re the right fit.

Account Access
Do you recommend specific software brands?
We recommend the right tool for your specific situation recommendations change based on team size, workflow, budget, and existing stack. No affiliate deals, no referral commissions, no vendor partnerships. Our only bias is toward what actually works for your business.
How do you review our tools without account access?
We use a structured intake form to collect information about your tools, subscription costs, who uses them, and what problems you’re experiencing. The audit conversation fills in the gaps. You stay in control of what you share we work with what you’re comfortable providing.

Website Builds
What technologies do you use to build sites?
Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript no frameworks, no backend complexity, no ongoing hosting fees from us. Site hosting is discussed per client on Cloudflare Pages (free tier), optimized for 60+ Lighthouse scores and handed off with a full written guide so you can maintain everything yourself.
What’s included in the $800 website build?
Four phases: site planning and brief, design mockup with two rounds of feedback, full production build for all pages, and QA + hosting discussion. An optional SEO package is available.
Do I need to provide content before the build starts?
Yes before Phase 2 begins you need to provide your logo, brand colors or reference brands, all written copy, photos or confirmation to use stock images, at least 3 testimonials, and your business email or domain. The build doesn’t start until the design is approved and locked.
